Cormorant

A full renovation of a single storey family home in Imhoff’s Gift, Kommetjie. Out front we laid a generous Balau timber deck wrapping the lounge, added a new driveway, fence and pergolas, and set a carport pergola over the drive. Inside, the bathrooms were replanned, the kitchen extended, and the old garage transformed into a light filled studio. New white framed windows and doors and safety glazing modernised the north front while keeping the original structure and character intact.
